2005 – First steps as employees

They arrived as employees, but already formed a complementary duo between the kitchen and the dining room.
All driven by a love for cooking, the art of dining, and the service professions.

2008 – Took over the management

With time, dedication, and passion, we moved on to the next chapter of the adventure: taking over the management.
A decisive step that allowed us to develop the restaurant we’ve carried in our hearts for so long.

2010 – A bold acquisition
